  1. Go to the Home tab

  7. Click OK to save

Outlook mobile app (iOS & Android)

How do you whitelist emails in Yahoo Mail?

If you’re relying on Yahoo Mail, don’t rely on luck, rely on whitelisting. Yahoo’s filters can misfire, especially if an email contains links, images, or bulk messaging traits.

To whitelist a sender in Yahoo:

  1. Open your Spam folder
  2. Find and select the email you want to keep
  3. Click “Not Spam” (this moves it to your inbox and trains Yahoo to trust it)
  4. Open the message and click the sender’s name
  5. Choose “Add to Contacts.”
  6. Fill in any missing details, then click Save

Also, if you haven’t received an email yet, you can also go to Settings → More Settings → Filters and create a rule for the sender or domain.

How do you whitelist an email on Apple Mail?

If you’re a Mac or iPhone user, Apple Mail’s filters can be both helpful and ruthless. To make sure important emails don’t get caught in the shuffle, whitelisting is your best friend.

On Mac (macOS)

  1. Open the email from the sender you want to whitelist
